Welcome to Delicipes!

Hi there! My name is Maria, and I am the one behind Delicipes. And if you’re here then I assume that you are as enthusiastic about food as I am, and I’m more than excited to accompany you on this culinary adventure. Delicipes is where flavor and creativity meets simplicity and a love of cooking.

A Little Bit About Me

I have never thought food is only fuel for our body. It’s a way to celebrate from others, a way to love others and a way to make memories. During my growing up, I remember smelling the freshness of homemade meals on the air, the rich stews and the warm bread straight from oven. So it made sense for me to start cooking quickly. It’s about trying it, experimenting with new flavors, and eventually making it your own.

Slowly, I’ve turned this food passion into something that I really wanted to share with the world. And so, Delicipes was born. This is my personal space to share with you delicious, approachable recipes anyone (regardless of their cooking experience) can enjoy — and recreate — at home.

Whether you’re looking for quick weeknight dinners, comforting desserts or special dishes to wow your guests, you can find something to inspire you.But I am certain that the food doesn’t have to be complicated to taste good.y because you’re as passionate about food as I am — and I couldn’t be more excited to share this culinary journey with you. Delicipes is where flavor, creativity, and simplicity come together to celebrate the joy of cooking.

Family friendly recipes abound here, using healthy ingredients and practical meal planning. I spend a lot of time experimenting with different cuisines and seasonal ingredients, so you can be sure you’ll get a wide range of dishes — from more basic comforting food to more adventurous international flavors. Many of the recipes are made with every day ingredients, but I also like to give a twist to even the simplest of dishes.

I really love the part of running Delicipes where I get to connect with other food lovers — hearing about how you all are making my recipes in your own kitchens, seeing what you do with my recipes, and spreading the love of food with the world.

Why Delicipes?

The name Delicipes is a mix of two of my greatest passions: “delicious” and “recipes.” This is the perfect marriage of flavor, with the endless options food can provide. All of my recipes are something I have tried, tested, and loved. Trust me, these are dishes that I absolutely love cooking and eating, and I hope you enjoy them, as well.
